The latest drilling results have yielded substantial intercepts of rare earth oxides (REO), further establishing the project's potential as a major source of these critical elements.
The recent drilling campaign, which included holes RIFT26-011, RIFT26-012, RIFT26-013, and RIFT26-014, has resulted in notable intersections, including 8.0 meters of 4.48% REO and 10.2 meters of 5.27% REO. These findings demonstrate the continuity and expansion of the Trinity Zone, a high-grade REO horizon that now spans approximately 400 meters in a north-south direction and 200 meters down-dip.
According to Sean Charland, CEO of Apex Critical Metals, the results from these step-out drillholes, including the best grade x width results south of the discovery area, underscore the extension and expansion potential of the upper high-grade REO horizon. The growing mineralized footprint and consistency observed from assay results to-date increase confidence in the shallow west-dipping Trinity Zone and its ability to deliver a strong inaugural mineral resource estimate in Q1/2027.
The Trinity Zone remains open in all directions, offering considerable room for further growth and exploration. With a total of 32 drillholes completed to date and assays still pending for 18 holes, the company is well-positioned to build upon its early successes and continue to advance the Rift Rare Earth Project.
