Uttarakhand Horticulture Department Gets First Permanent Director in 26 Years

In a significant development, Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh has been appointed as the Director of the Uttarakhand Horticulture Department, marking the first time in 26 years that the department has a permanent departmental head.
